ROMANA:
Securizarea excesiva a aspectelor vietii noaste a inceput sa devina o problema inca de cand ne-am integrat in NATO, apoi in UE, apoi am reusit sa facem cu brio fatza “testelor” acestor organizatii. Poate din mandria romanilor de a nu se afla mai prejos decat marile “puteri” economice din vest, sau din frica de a nu arata cat suntem de saraci si inutili la masa marilor discutii, cand noi nu ocupam decat o functie de pion, de multe ori de sacrificiu, in jocul lor de sah.
S-a tot discutat in cercuri restranse sau largi (la nivel de organizatii locale si regionale, sau intruniri ale Future Group, ca viitoare directii UE) despre cat de multa nevoie e a se controla “bresele” in noul razboi sfant, generat tot de capitalism: lupta impotriva unui “terorism” care in fapt e inexistent, dar care cuprinde tot ce se opune lor, deci impotriva noastra, a unor oameni care au curajul sa zica “de ce?” si “pana cand?”. Asadar, lucrurile au inceput a fi aplicate, ca test, in SUA, apoi in Anglia, iar acum pe continent, in nou createle “State Unite ale Europei”. Si pentru ca nu tot timpul probele acestui system au fost destul de concludente, s-a inceput si cu manipularea acestora (cum a fost cazul celor 6 activisti din Belgrad, care si acum au un process pe rol pentru acte de terorism!?!), pentru a ne “inchide gura” (cu pumnul, daca au ramas fara cuvinte – cum a fost cazul la Anti-NATO in 2008) si a incerca aplicarea dictonului “divide et impera”…
Dincolo de motivatiile publice sau secretizate ale exceselor in controlarea cetatenilor, dincolo de noile organizatii care au aparut ca mustele roind la ceva dulce, dincolo de manipularea prin toate mijloacele media, care au devenit noua voce a tendintelor capitalismului de a-si reveni si de a-si continua expansiunea (poate in conditii si mai vitrege pentru noi, cei multi), dincolo de politicienii de musama, dirijati de interesele financiare ale catorva putini (care-si consolideaza afacerile pe cheltuiala noastra sau isi varsa pierderile in buzunarul nostru), dincolo de toate acestea, noile masuri de securizare si control sunt cel putin o incalcare a sigurantei personale a fiecaruia dintre noi si a intimitatii noastre…
Daca in trecut, in numele bisericii, se faceau atrocitati greu de crezut sau de imaginat, cu scopuri pur politice sau economice, teatrul de actiuni nu si-a schimbat decat actorii. Strategiile confirma utilitatea expresiei “istoria se repeta” si faptul ca, cel putin pentru romani, oamenii au memorie scurta. Sa intelegem ca nu ne e bine decat sub regimuri totalitare? Ne dorim instinctiv catusele de maini si jugul in jurul catului? Poate si un capastru? Cat de certa poate fi inutilitatea cuvantului “libertate”, cand e insotita si de conditii? Cat de orbi putem fi noi, ca oameni, sa nu simtim macar ca sforile se trag de sus, pentru fiecare, si psihologia maselor nu e decat un mic capitol in ce se intampla acum? Asadar, rezistenta a inceput sa apara tot din vest, de la primele semne alte actiunilor represive ale capitalismului. Pe tematica intalnirii noastre inclusiv (cum e si grupul OutOfControl – sursa de informare a multor dintre materialele noastre – , dar nu numai – caci mai ales in Balcani, activismul a inceput sa-si revina din apatie), fapt care ne-a incurajat in a perpetua obiceiul si in Romania, prin inceperea acestui gen de intalniri.
Am observant cu totii ca tuturor actiunilor autoritatilor li s-a dat o fatza frumoasa. Se aloca din bani publici sume imense pentru lupta impotriva unui dusman nevazut, chiar inexistent, folosindu-se cuvinte mari si cu rezonanta tocmai cu scopul de a se misca si constiinta colectiva in a accepta aceste trucuri financiare. Se investeste in ceea ce pare a fi in ajutorul nostru, pentru siguranta noastra si a copiilor nostri. Pentru ca sa mergem mai linistiti pe strazi si sa dormim mai dulce in paturile noastre, sub curajoasele interventii si atenta paza a oamenilor legii. Prin asta justificandu-se, la modul cat mai grosolan, utilitatea unor institutii care nu fac decat sa contribuie la o si mai mare reprimare a libertatilor personale si la o si mai mare protejare a unui sistem pe cale sa se prabuseasca… Camerele de pe strazi sunt doar pentru a ne proteja de hoti? Ascultarea tuturor convorbirilor sunt doar pentru a preveni eventuale catastrofale atacuri asupra oamenilor pasnici? Inregistrarea a tot traficul de internet este pentru a ne proteja in sfanta lupta anti-tero? Faptul ca noi, ca tara, avem un numar extreme de mare de securisti e pentru ca suntem vizati de pericole extreme din exterior dar si din interior? Au toate aceste abuze un numitor comun? Noi spunem ca da!
Metodele de contracarare a efectelor masurilor de extrema securizare sunt in primul rand de bun simt si cultura generala, mai mult decat tehnice. Sunt metode alternative de a folosi ceea ce e comun. Alternative care asigura o mai mare intimitate atat online, cat si in ce priveste convorbirile telefonice. Da, zici ca nu ai nimic de ascuns, dar ti-ai face publice toate conversatiile? Ce parere ai despre “omul din mijloc”, martorul tacut la tot ce faci sau zici sau scrii? Cum te simti cand esti supravegheat? Chiar esti mai liber? Consensul tuturor participantilor a fost: DA, e timpul sa ACTIONAM. Nu suntem naivi, stim ca va cere timp si energie. Dar este pretul acesta prea scump fata de cel al libertatii noastre?
Bineinteles, in frica lor de a-si pierde locul inutil in societate, autoritatile reactioneaza. Da, ne-au verificat inclusiv site-ul (114 accesari luna trecuta de pe ip-uri de la STS pe hrananubombe.dap.ro)… Suntem siguri ca asta nu e decat una din practicile de exces de zel din partea politiei, care nu se dezminte in a actiona mai nous i ca o politie a gandirii, intr-un stat ce devine din ce in ce mai politienesc. Cand ne supravegheaza, sau inventeaza motive pentru a ne amenda sau duce la sectie, sau ne distrug demonstratiile pasnice prin exces de violenta (si aici nu vorbesc doar de incidentele de la summituri sau din Christiania, unde au venit in forta peste o petrecere…), ce altceva arata prin actiunile lor?… Ca ne protejeaza?…
Intr-adevar, intalnirea noastra trebuia sa dureze mai mult, poate chiar sa aiba si mai multi invitati. Insa intelegem si faptul ca este o initiativa. Care va avea continuitate. Ca primii care vor raspunde pozitiv vor fi in nordul tarii, sau in est, sau in sud, sau vest, nu prea conteaza, ci faptul ca mesajul va fi transmis mai departe. Exista un “va urma” si asta este semnalul nostru de alarma. Da, mai avem de lucrat la organizare, pentru ca perfectiunea este doar un concept publicitar, prin care sunt ascunse marile defecte. Da, vom considera o mai aprofundata prezentare a fiecareia dintre temele propuse. Dar faptul ca intalnirea a generat pareri pozitive la toti participantii ne lasa sa intelegem ca da, si in Romania oamenii au inceput sa se trezeasca din efectele acestui drog nociv numit “goana dupa CAPITALISM”…

The excessive security aspect has become a problem in our lives ever since we integrated into NATO, and then in the EU, then we managed to face with brio the “tests” these organizations have arranged for us. Perhaps the pride of the Romanians was not to be inferior to those great “powers” of Western economic, or show our fear of poverty and how useless we are as a state to the European political and economical discussion, when we carry only a function of pion, many times of sacrifice, in their game of chess.
It was also mentioned in political or economical circles, restricted or wide (at local and regional organizations, or meetings of the Future Group, when discussing future directions for the EU) about how much it is needed to control “breaches” in the new holy war of capitalism: the struggle against a “terrorism” who in fact is non-existent, but that includes everything that opposes them, so a war against us, against the people who have the courage to say “Why?” and “Until when?”. So, things started to be applied, first as a test, in the U.S., then England and now the continent, in the newly born “United States of Europe”. And because this system has not always had evidence that was pretty conclusive about people being “terrorists”, it started handling those evidence (as was the case of 6 activists in Belgrade, who now have a process pending on terrorism !?!), in order to “shut us up” (or punch, if they ran out of words – as was the case in the Anti-NATO 2008) and try applying dictum “divide and rule” …
Beyond the public or secret motivations of these excesses in controlling citizens, beyond the new security organizations that emerged as flies round something sweet, beyond manipulation by all media, which have become the new voice capitalism trends and its “way out” try also for further expansion (perhaps in worst of conditions for us, the people), beyond Oilcloth politicians, led by financial interests of some few (which guide their expenses and strengthen their business or merges their losses in our pocket), beyond of this, new measures of security and control are at least a violation of personal security and privacy of each of us…
If in the past, in the name of the church, there were atrocities hard to believe or imagine, for purely political or economic purposes, the theater of action has not changed, only the actors. Strategies used confirm the usefulness of the term “history repeats itself” and that, at least for the Romanians, people have short memory. To understand that we are better only under the totalitarian regimes? Do we instinctively wish for hand cuffs and yoke around our neck, consciously? Maybe wish for a halter? How anyone can argue the futility of the word “freedom” when is accompanied by conditions? How blind can we be, as people do not feel even that they are pulling the strings from above, for each, and the psychology of the masses is just a small chapter in what happens now? Therefore, resistance began to emerge throughout the West, where the first signs of the repressive actions of capitalism appeared as well. On the theme of our meeting including (as it is OutOfControl group – the source of information for many of our materials -, but not only – because especially in the Balkans, activism has begun to recover from apathy), which encouraged us to perpetuate this custom in Romania as well, by starting this kind of meetings.
We all noticed that all the authorities’ actions were given a beautiful face. And also allocates huge sums of public money fighting an unseen enemy, even nonexistent, using big words with resonance, precisely in order to move the collective consciousness to accept these financial tricks. They invest in what appears to be in our help, for our safety and our children. In order to move quietly through the streets and sleep sweetly in our beds, under the careful guard of their courageous interventions. By that they justify, rudely, against the usefulness of their institutions that do nothing but contribute to a further repression of personal freedoms and an even greater protection of a system about to collapse … The camera system of the streets is to protect us from thieves? Listening to all our calls is to prevent any catastrophic attacks on peaceful people? Registration of all Internet traffic is to protect us in the sacred anti-terror war they started? The fact that we as a country, we have an extremely large number of Intelligence employees is because we are extremely concerned by threats from the outside or inside? Do we have a common denominator in all this abuse? We say that yes, we do!
Methods to counter these effects of extreme security measures are primarily common sense and general culture, more than technical. There are alternative ways to use what is common (as for example, stop using your personal computer when sending very sensitive information – use an internet café, doh…). Alternatives to ensure more privacy both online and in regards calls (could we mention encryption here?). Yes, you say that you have nothing to hide, but would you make public all your conversations? What do you think of the “man-in-the-middle”, a silent witness to all that you do or say or write? How do you feel when you are being watched? Do you really feel more free? Consensus of all participants was: YES, time for ACTION.
We are not naive; we know this will require time and energy. But is it a too expensive price compared to the price of our freedom?
Of course, in their fear of losing unnecessarily place in society, the authorities react. Yes, we have been examined also including our web-site (114 hits last month from IPs from the Special Transmissions Service on hrananubombe.dap.ro) … We are sure that this is not just a practice of excessive zeal of the police, who started to act more as a thought police, in a country that is becoming more and more a police state. When they supervise, or invent reasons to “donate” us a fine ticket, or to take us “for a chat” to the station, or they destroy peaceful demonstrations in excess of violence (and here I speak not only for incidents during summits or Christiania, when police came into force to crash one party …) , what else is being shown through their actions? … That they are here to protect us? …
Indeed, our meeting was supposed to last longer, perhaps have even more guests. We also understand that it is the start of an initiative. Which will have continuity. We can not tell the first that will respond positively if they will be in the north of our country, or east, or south, or west, does not really matter, but that message is sent on. There is a “to be continued” and this is our alarm signal. Yes, we still have to work to organize, because perfection is only an advertising concept, in which are hidden major defects. Yes, we consider a more into depth overview of each of the themes proposed, through more days for the next meeting. But the fact that the meeting generated positive opinions from all participants, lets us understand that YES, people in Romania have started to wake up the harmful effects of this drug called “rush for CAPITALISM” …
